peace.

summer is now gone and i couldn't be more sad about it. it was a great summer. lots of good memories were made & and many fun events took place. so here is to you summer 2012. here's to boating at youth conference, the ranch, cousins, weddings, best friends, strawberry days, girls camp, camping, sleepovers, best friends, disneyland. thank you for making it a perfect summer.

this weekend we took a trip up to the good ole' american fork canyon for a family picnic. we blasted some katy perry & took hilarious model photos. it was gorgeous up there & i just loved it.

Sometimes, we think our lives are horrible because of one situation or one person that brings us down, when really it should be bringing us up. Some situations make us stronger & some make us weaker. But lately i have been thinking about life & how great it is. I mean think about it, it really is so so perfect. Yes, sometimes we mess up, or we get our heart broken, or we lose someone really close to us, but when you look on the bright side, we have it so good. We live in a beautiful country surrounded by amazing friends & family & an amazing gospel & education. I really couldn't ask for anything better. Yeah, i dream of living on a beach in Hawaii. Yeah, I wish my mom could walk. Yeah, i wish school would never start. But no, instead i'm surrounded by beautiful mountains & amazing people & a great life. We wish for many things & want many things to work out in our life, but we need to realize that we have it grrrreat. I am so thankful for everything & everyone in my life. I am so thankful for the trials i have been through that has made be the person i am today. Even though everyday is a new struggle, i couldn't ask for a better life.
